We do however give a two weeks training and weekly training when we hire them.

3.      What are the steps to avail your services?

In availing our services, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. First, select an outsourcee at the “plan”. Select the outsourcee criteria whose expertise will suit to your requirements.
  2. After selection, accomplish the payment found and confirm your payment on the Payment Method page. Click, submit. The system will then reply you via email. Don’t hesitate to coordinate with our Online Assistant anytime if you find hard during the process.
  3. For a faster process, you may directly coordinate with the online assistant via chat or voice.
  4. If you are new to IndonesiWebOutsource.com you need to pay a $200 set up fee.
  • The price in the plan page is including the set up fee.
  • Upon payment confirmation, we will send you a contract agreement. Agreed services will start thereafter.

4.      How long your outsourcee will be working with me?

The outsourcee in Indonesia will work in regular basis based on the time schedules that you wish. Yes, you can manage your own time.

Our operation will be five (5) days a week from Mondays to Fridays. However, if you wish to have the outsourcee work with your own schedule, just contact your supervisor. for arrangement by using Instant Messaging clients such as Yahoo! Messenger, AIM, MSN Messenger, or via SKYPE, etc.

5.      How much is the price of your services?

Prices varies on job, position or skills of the outsourcee. Our services are all prepaid. Detailed below is the price list:

  • Do you have any promo rates? I want to pay less or discounted price.
    Yes. If you wish to contract services for at least three (3) months, set-up cost will be waived. Another 10% discount if you wish to contract services for at least six (6) months. Please be reminded that our services are prepaid. All agreed conditions will be stated in our contract agreement.

7.      When and how do I send payments?

You can send your payment via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) like PayPal. You may send your payment in our PayPal account as written in Payment Method. For other form of payments, please contact our online assistant.

8.      How long would the outsourcee start working for me and how long the outsourcee accomplishes the task?

Upon payment confirmation and contract agreement are done, services will directly start. This will take less than a working day. Task accomplishment depends upon the kind of services including its specifications you want. Your assigned outsourcee will guide you with this or contact our online assistant for information. You may also require your assigned outsourcee for an overtime just to make your concerns done fast provided you pay the agreed overtime fee which are usually negotiable. There are no limits as to the span of time that your outsourcee will be working for you. You may endlessly hire the outsourcee if you find him/her useful for your business. You also have directly contact your outsourcee and feel free to give directions, etc. by using Yahoo! Messenger, AIM, MSN Messenger and other OpenSource chat clients.
